Flat Surface Presswood Pallet Machine
The flat presswood pallet is produced using a hydraulic press machine with a total pressure of 1600 tons. This machine features two main pressing units: the upper unit applies 1600 tons of pressure, while the lower unit provides 300 tons of counter-pressure. Sufficient and balanced pressure is a key factor in ensuring the durability and high quality of the finished pallet.
Flat Surface Presswood Pallet Mold
The mold is specially customized to ensure a smooth surface of the pallet. However, this does not compromise the pallet’s load-bearing capacity. In fact, we have optimized the design with a greater number of strategically placed reinforcing ribs to enhance its overall strength.
