A complete turnkey presswood pallet line integrates raw material size reduction, drying, precision glue mixing, high-pressure molding, and thermal control. Equipment setups are customized based on your raw material characteristics.
Chipping, crushing, and grinding raw wood or stalks into uniform fiber particles.
Drying particles to optimal moisture content and blending with eco-friendly adhesives.
High-temperature thermal pressing, cooling, edge trimming, and automated stacking.
Logs and wood waste are fed into a heavy-duty wood chipper to produce consistent chips.
Wood chips are further ground into fine wood fibers using a hammer mill.
Particles are dried in a rotary drum dryer to reach targeted low moisture content.
