We’re excited to announce that a full set of presswood pallet machines ordered by our Vietnamese customer has successfully arrived at their factory. Our experienced engineers are now on-site to guide the installation and commissioning process.
This molded pallet production line includes a total of 12 compression molding machines:
- 9 sets of 1600-ton machines for nine-leg pallets
- 1 set of 1600-ton machine for flat surface pallets
- 2 sets of 3000-ton machines for Solar Panel pallets
To ensure efficiency and automation, we also provided:
- An automatic feeding and conveying system
- An automatic glue mixing system
- An automatic leveling and spraying system
- Robotic arms for intelligent handling
Once fully operational, this factory will become the largest compressed pallet manufacturing plant in Southern Vietnam, with a daily output capacity of up to 4,300 pallets. The production line can make pallets in different styles and sizes suitable for various industries and applications.

Smooth Installation and Training Support
The installation is expected to take around 1.5 months. After setup, our engineers will test all machines to ensure they are in good working condition, even though every system has already passed strict quality checks before shipment.
We’ll also provide on-site operator training, teaching the customer’s team how to use and maintain the machines. Despite language and cultural differences, our mission remains clear: ensure successful machine operation and train staff until they are fully confident in daily use.
