Presswood Pallets Mold
Mold for Presswood pallets, crafted from high-grade 45# steel and heated via steam or thermal oil. Hard chrome-plated surface ensures superior wear resistance and effortless demolding. Designed for 300,000 production cycles. Available for 9-leg, flat, double-deck, and photovoltaic (solar panel) pallet molds.

Compression Molded Plastic Pallet
Plastic pallet molds are designed for recycling waste plastics into high-value molded pallets. Manufactured from premium P20 steel, our molds offer excellent strength, durability, and precision machining. Standard pallet sizes include 1200 × 1000 mm, 1100 × 1100 mm, 1200 × 800 mm, and 1140 × 1140 mm, while custom sizes such as 800 × 600 mm, 1000 × 1000 mm, and 1500 × 1500 mm can also be produced to meet specific requirements. The molds feature a water-cooling system for efficient temperature control and a hard chrome-plated surface to reduce wear, improve demolding performance, and extend service life up to 300,000 production cycles. We can provide 9-leg pallet molds, flat pallet molds, nestable pallet molds, rackable pallet molds, and stackable pallet molds, with customized designs available for different load capacities and applications.
