The new dual-station press is specially engineered to handle challenging, low-cost raw materials, including industrial surplus waste plastics from paper mills and mixed post-consumer municipal plastic waste.

Because these waste streams often feature complex material compositions, high moisture content, and poor melt flowability, traditional injection molding fails. High-tonnage compression molding—such as ZK Hydraulic’s recycled plastic pallet press technology—is uniquely suited to process these difficult recycled materials efficiently.
