ZK Hydraulic Expands into East & Southern Africa with Major Presswood Pallet Line Shipment to Mozambique
Following successful factory acceptance testing (FAT), three complete presswood pallet machine production lines are currently being loaded into 12 shipping containers, bound for Mozambique via sea freight.
This landmark delivery represents ZK Hydraulic’s inaugural footprint in the East and Southern Africa regions. Once fully operational, the three automated production lines—covering the full industrial workflow from raw waste wood crushing and drying to final presswood pallet edge burr cleaning—will deliver a combined output of 1,000 molded wood pallets per day.
Integrated Manufacturing and Superior Cost Competitiveness
The Mozambican client chose ZK Hydraulic after conducting extensive on-site evaluations of multiple machinery manufacturers across China. This decision underscores market confidence in ZK Hydraulic’s experienced engineering team, complete supply chain, and dedicated in-house pallet mold workshop, which ensure full control over product quality and delivery schedules.
By processing local timber offcuts and agricultural wood residues, the new facility will supply high-performance molded pallets to the African logistics market. Compared to virgin plastic pallets with equivalent load capacities, these compressed wooden pallets offer significant price advantages, giving regional enterprises a far more economical and eco-friendly packaging choice.
