AMMAN, Jordan — Engineers from ZK Hydraulic arrived in Jordan last week and are currently on-site at a customer’s factory, installing two complete Plastic Pallet Machine lines.

The procurement agreement for these two advanced production lines was finalized in April. Designed to process post-consumer and industrial waste recycled plastics into high-performance compressed pallets, each complete production line integrates a dual-stage extruder, a kneader, a dosing tank, a heavy-duty press machine, and custom automated robotic arms. This setup enables seamless automatic material feeding, automated demolding, and robotic stacking.

Before partnering with ZK Hydraulic, the Jordanian client conducted extensive field visits to numerous manufacturing facilities across China. They ultimately chose ZK Hydraulic due to the company’s proprietary Pallet Mold design capabilities and dedicated in-house mold manufacturing workshop. This end-to-end manufacturing capacity ensures strict quality control and guaranteed delivery timelines, reflecting the customer’s high confidence in ZK Hydraulic’s technical engineering strength.

By utilizing recycled plastic materials, the molded pallets produced by this line will feature exceptional cost-competitiveness—significantly lower in price compared to traditional virgin plastic pallets of equal performance. This project further strengthens ZK Hydraulic’s footprint in the expanding pallet market in the Middle East.
