ZK Hydraulic has recently delivered two units of ZK-1800 Plastic Pallet Molding Machines to a domestic customer, marking another successful project in the field of recycled plastic pallet production.

The ZK-1800 plastic molding machine features a large working table, high opening height, and strong pressing force, making it especially suitable for pallet molds with core-pulling systems while also being compatible with conventional plastic pallet molds. By using waste plastic as the raw material, customers can recycle discarded plastics and transform them into high-quality new pallets, contributing to a more sustainable and circular economy.
The pallet molds supplied for this project are manufactured from high-quality P20 mold steel and equipped with an advanced core-pulling structure, allowing the production of innovative pallet designs that are difficult to achieve with traditional recycled plastic pallet manufacturing methods.
Compared with conventional injection-molded plastic pallets, pallets produced through the compression molding process feature higher density, stronger load-bearing capacity, excellent durability, and lower production costs. This makes them an ideal solution for customers looking to produce cost-effective and environmentally friendly plastic pallets from recycled materials.
At present, the ZK Hydraulic technical team is installing and commissioning the two delivered machines at the customer’s factory. The remaining two ZK-1800 machines are scheduled for delivery at the beginning of next month, followed by installation and commissioning to help the customer further expand production capacity.
With years of experience in pallet equipment manufacturing, ZK Hydraulic continues to provide advanced molding solutions for global customers, supporting the development of sustainable pallet production through innovative technology and reliable equipment.
