First Plastic Pallet Production Line Successfully Loaded for Romania
ZK Hydraulic has successfully completed the container loading of the first plastic pallet production line for its Romanian customer. The equipment will soon be transported to Romania via the China-Europe Railway Express, marking another important milestone in the company’s international expansion and further strengthening its presence in the European market.
Romanian Customer Selected ZK Hydraulic After Comprehensive Evaluation
The cooperation between the two parties began in September last year, when the customer traveled to China to visit and evaluate several manufacturers of recycled plastic pallet production equipment and production facilities. After a comprehensive comparison of technology, equipment quality, manufacturing capability, production line automation, and after-sales service, the customer ultimately selected ZK Hydraulic as its strategic partner.
In February this year, the two companies signed a contract for the supply of four complete plastic pallet production lines. This agreement reflects the customer’s strong confidence in ZK Hydraulic’s technical expertise, manufacturing capability, and product quality, while further strengthening the long-term partnership between the two companies.
Fully Automatic Plastic Pallet Production Line
The first production line delivered is a fully automated plastic pallet manufacturing solution, including an extruder, a dosing hopper, a ZK-P1600 hydraulic press, high-precision molds, a robotic handling system, and other auxiliary equipment. The entire system is designed to ensure stable production, a high level of automation, and outstanding production efficiency, enabling the manufacture of high-strength recycled plastic pallets that meet international standards for logistics and warehousing.
